H & A Communications is the work of Pierre Mac Nicoll. His political experience began in 2005 at the federal level with the Liberal Party of Canada. He was elected as a delegate for the leadership convention in December 2006. For one year, he was a director on the executive committee of his local association. On August 4th, 2008 the executive committee nominated Mr. Mac Nicoll to join as director for a new mandate. Mr. Mac Nicoll worked as campaign manager for the local candidate in the October 14th, 2008 general election.

At the provincial level with the Quebec Liberal Party, Mr. Mac Nicoll held the position of director of communications for the local candidate at the last general election March 26, 2007. After the campaign, he fulfilled the role of substitute President and afterward became a communication officer for his local association. He was elected as the chief of his delegation for the 30th Members’ Convention held on March 7 through March 9, 2008. He contributed as a communication officer in a special election held on May 12, 2008. He was a member of the Montreal Political Commission. Mr. Mac Nicoll will be a candidate for the Quebec Liberal party in the next coming election in Quebec, Canada.

On November 4, 2007, he contributed to the English School Board of Montreal’s election for his local candidate for communication services, as a copywriter.

Mr. Mac Nicoll is a member of The American Association of Political Consultants and of The SQPRP the Quebec branch of The Canadian Public Relations Society. He is also an editorial writer and a political columnist for an on-line university newspaper (Le Sans-Papier).

His experience in public relations began with a mandate for The Canadian Telecommunications Hall of Fame, as a writer, translator, and media agent.

Mr. Mac Nicoll holds a university degree in English and in Public Relations from the Quebec University of Montreal (UQAM).

He currently sits on the board of directors of a non-profit organization (Centre NAHA), and he is their communication officer.
